Returns and refunds
1. All of our clothes is handmade and made to order. That is why we do not accept returns, do not exchange items and do not issue refunds after the item is shipped.
2. If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will issue a 50% refund. The rest will partly cover the material and labor cost.
3. If you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, we will issue an 100% refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sha.od.ua@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
